Help during Leaderboard rounds

If a Leaderboard score looks delayed, our help path starts with the round ID, game name and time window. That keeps the conversation focused on the exact board, rather than your whole account. We can check whether the qualifying action has settled, whether the provider feed is still posting, or whether the board has already moved into result review before rewards are applied.

Score check

Send the Leaderboard name, round ID and game title if a score is missing. We compare the qualifying action against the provider feed and explain whether it is pending or excluded.

Tie query

When two ranks look close, we can confirm the tie rule shown on that Leaderboard. Most boards use time of qualifying action or highest single score as the next separator.

Reward status

After a Leaderboard closes, we can tell you whether results are still being checked or already credited. Share the board name so the team can trace the exact round.

Tie order

Tie handling is displayed before the board closes. We may use earliest qualifying action, stronger single score or another stated rule, depending on the board format.

Result checks

Closed Leaderboards pass through a short result check before rewards appear. This lets us confirm duplicate entries, late provider posts and score corrections before final places are marked.

Account match

Leaderboard crediting is matched to your logged-in cx999 account. If you use multiple devices during a round, the board still follows the same account record.

Region access

Active rank

Your current position appears beside the board list when you have a qualifying score. If the board has not recorded an action yet, it stays clear rather than showing a false place.

Qualifying action

Each Leaderboard explains what counts toward the score, such as a live table result, slot feature trigger or selected sportsbook outcome. This keeps the chase focused from the start.

Time left

Round clocks are displayed near the rank table, so you can decide whether to enter, keep pushing or wait for another board with a longer window.

Reward ladder

The reward ladder shows which rank bands receive account credit after checks finish. We keep this visible before the board closes, not only after results are marked.

Board status

A Leaderboard can show active, settling, checking or closed. These labels help you understand whether ranks are still moving or waiting for provider records to finish posting.

Game link

From an active board, you can head straight to the linked game area. The return path keeps the Leaderboard nearby, so rank checking does not interrupt the session.

Leaderboard questions before you join

Open your account, enter the lobby and choose an active Leaderboard linked to your preferred game area. The board will show its scoring action, timing and reward places before you begin.

Leaderboard rounds may appear for selected slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sportsbook event boards. Availability changes by schedule, provider feed and supported regions where local law permits.

Some scores update after the provider confirms the qualifying action. If the board is still active, wait for the next refresh; if it stays missing, contact support with the round ID.
